ek9998 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

  • Full name, date of birth and contact details must be entered correctly.
  • It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential.
  • Sharing account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  • If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, you must contact support immediately.

2.3 Account Ownership

The account is strictly personal. It may not be transferred, sold or gifted to anyone else.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

ek9998 is only for individuals aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

ek9998 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any user at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

  • A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
  • A utility bill or bank statement as proof of current address.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and withdrawals may be withheld.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at ek9998, you will receive a 100% bonus up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making your total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means funds earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
  • The bonus must be used within the set time limit before it expires automatically.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.
  • Fraudulently claiming bonuses will result in all bonuses and earnings being forfeited.
  • ek9998 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits at ek9998 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

  • Identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit; withdrawals via a different method are not permitted.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, ek9998 reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
  • Funds obtained from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Payment Processing

Delays beyond the standard timeframe may occur due to bank holidays, technical issues or the verification process. Please contact support for any issues in this regard.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ek9998 believes in the principle of fair play. All games operated on our platform are conducted using a technically impartial process.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Playing with the assistance of bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.

  • Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.

6.3 Right to Cancel Games

ek9998 reserves the right to cancel any game or transaction resulting from a technical error and to adjust the relevant amounts accordingly.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please inform our support team. All active bets must be settled before closure and eligible funds may be withdrawn.
